He brings over 25 years of technology experience in strategic alliances, partner ecosystem, channel sales & GTM, account management & growth, customer & partner relationship, business development, community engagement, product innovation and solution evangelist. He is a Xoogler. At Google, he led strategic customer & partner accounts and developer communities at Google Cloud (GCP). He established FaaS (Feedback-as-a-Service) to build Customer Adoption Platform (CAP) to reward & recognize real-time contributions from ecosystem communities, based on their impact on product improvisation & innovation, surfaced & prioritized through community votes – to drive user engagement and product adoption.

He is deeply passionate about building digital-tech business and scaling it globally leveraging partner ecosystem and distribution network to reduce CAC and churn, expand margins and increase ACV & ARR. He brings deep domain expertise in digital and SaaS business and has developed 3P flywheel growth model of - People, Products and Partnerships, with customers in the center.

He has strong aptitude in Cloud (GCP & AWS), Data lake, Predictive Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Machine Learning (ML), Augmented Intelligence (AI), IOT, Blockchain & RPA technology applications in Mar- Tech to co-create value for consumer brands in Hi-Tech, Health-Tech, Fin-Tech Ed-Tech, Media / OTT and Ecommerce, Retail and CPG segments. At Kloud Data, as global head of Strategic Alliance, Miten created and launched CARE (Customer Acquisition Retention & Engagement) framework with ‘Co-Innovate, Co-Market & Co-Sell’ field interlock GTM model – to penetrate undressed and under addressed market segments, verticals & regions and drive new revenue, customer acquisition, user adoption and customer success. Previously, he was the co-founder of Spinta Global Accelerator, eComLive (acq: Info Space) & MoConDi (acq: Mobile Media). He has served on the board of MCX, IEX and 63 moons Technologies limited and has led acqui-hire of Purple Data (AI), Move10X (Logistics), Jaypar (SAP) and Lambent (Mobile). He has advised / angel invested in Ipsh (acq: Omnicom), JPM (acq; Good,), PlaySpan (acq: Visa) and others incl Hubilo, EthX and Chatur Ideas.
